The Mint Resort Isla Mujeres

We booked the room with the private jacuzzi and It was worth the few extra dollars a night! We have stayed 4 times and each time it gets better. Except for the restaurant and bar. Not very friendly and $100 pesos for a small cup or coffee. Also they do not service the pool.

Loved our stay at The Mint Resort. The staff was amazing and answered any questions we had. The hotel was kept clean and our room was very spacious. Major plus that the AC worked great and never had trouble with the hot water. The only downside was that there is construction happening around the resort but that’s out of the hands of the resort. Overall the location was great and walkable from Playa Norte. Tons of restaurants around the area. We would definitely come back here again in the future.

Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, maintenance always upkept our room which was nice after sandy beach days! Outdoor pool was always up kept & beatiful. Our kids used and abused that pool. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. We hope to come back soon! Thank you Mint Resort for a marvelous experience!

It was hard to get new beach towels daily. We would get back after 5 after house cleaning had already cleaned rooms. When we went and asked for new ones at the front desk. The reply was house cleaning will bring them to your room when they clean. I would tell them we need them now they already cleaned our room.
