A $100 cleaning fee seems steep for a dog one night in an uncarpeted room. Did it really cost you $100 to run a vacuum? Whereas we stayed at a Home 2 Suites the following night, and there was no pet fee at all. They got it right.

New and extremely clean. Room was spacious and lobby as big with lots of seating to spend time with friends or family.

Very clean and nice rooms. No carpet in the rooms, which we like.
Great location for Carmel. Very convient to everything.

I have stayed at this facility many times, mainly because of its proximity to the hospitals. The rooms are always very clean, the grounds and building are well kept, and the staff is always professional and polite. The Hyatt Place also has a great breakfast selection. The fall decorations outside were a nice pleasant touch! Thank you again for always being a safe and clean place to stay when I am needing a place to stay on the north side of Indianapolis.
