Roomzzz York City

When checking out our room was different, we are from Arizona and never used anything like this, we had to use the key card to turn on electricity to the room. The bed was comfortable and clean, air conditioner worked great and the shower was excellent. The staff was excellent and answered all my questions. The laundry room was ok, washed all the clothes well, but drying the clothes wasn't that good after an hour still had to let the clothes dry in our room.Kitchen was nice had a dishwasher and fridge and sink .

Great hotel, and next to the river. We stayed in the loft suit with two teenagers. Lovely large 2 storey room, with balconys and good views. Really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return again. Only negative is the limited choice of breakfast, the coffee machine was broken most of the time, but you could get a drink from reception and we are not a fan of just croissants.

Hotel was well presented and modern, floors in the room unfortunately were dirty and a stain was on the curtains. Great location to be close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle

Overall excellent. Great location overlooking the river, 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. Couldn't fault a thing, would definitely stay again
