Stunning hotel in a very convenient location for flying out of CTS. I regret only having had to stay there one night. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive. The room was spacious and thoughtful.

I had the unfortunate experience when I checked in that I did not have a reservation. On checking the booking it was found that it was made for one month earlier than intended. Accordingly I had to pay again. Whether it was my fault or not I do not know but apparently I have no chance of receiving a refund.
