As an international facility accepting foreign guests - I have faced a problem communicating with staff that doesn't comprehend any English at all

Staff were lovely, room was a vergoid size, bed good and balcony fantastic.
The bathroom really lets the hotel down as it is very dirty. The walls and doors need cleaning. The top of the toilet needs a good scrubbing.
