T Heritage Hotel

It was a great hotel. Clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was prime, it's off the busy street but close enough to still be walkable to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Loved my stay here and would stay again.

Great hotel, clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great with good choices, and good location not too busy and close to everything. Staff was so nice we had to leave for our elephant tour at 6:30 and the breakfast doesn't open u til 6:30am and the night before I asked and told them our situation and in the morning when we were leaving they had a to go breakfast for us, so nice. Even without requesting daily cleaning room they still left a box with clean towels and water for us at the door.

Breakfast was delightful every morning. Kind and attentive staff. Fresh and delicious food.

Lovely clean and comfortable room with high ceilings and large bathroom Staff were courteous and friendly, from the lady on reception to the maid who cleaned our room daily The hotel is very central with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, but retained a peaceful and tranquil vibe Would happily return here when back in Chiang Mai
