The Eaton Oak

We had a lovely 2 nights at the Eaton Oak, The bedroom very well equipped with quality toiletries included. The bed very comfy, no air con but large fan provided which worked very well. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, with lots of smiles, Ant and Laura exceptional. The food was delicious and hot, spoilt for choice. EV chargers an excellent plus and welcome after a long journey. Will definitely be back.

Lovely stay at the Eaton oak. Will likely do the same next year. The price through Expedia was good, the room was nice and breakfast good. Mia was super helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84 with breakfast included. Upon arrival I was cordially met by the staff and had a no nonsense check in, The restaurant had changed a bit, but the atmosphere and ambiance hadn't. I was shown my room, and given how long the rooms had been there, I wasn't expecting much, but upon opening the door, found myself look at a spotless room more suited to some of the 4 star hotels I have stayed in. Wow. The traffic noise is minimal, you don't need a PHD to work out the multi function shower and I slept like a log, despite it being around 33C outside. The bedrooms face south-east, but hadn't seemed to maintain the early morning heat and a fan is provided. Along with a ironing board, iron, and something else in the wardrobe, but can't remember what. I had to leave without breakfst due to being late to see my daughter, but if the smell and visuals I could see were anything to go by, I am sure it would have been scrummy. My personal opinion, a gem just off the beaten track.

Fantastic hotel, bed is sooo comfortable as are the pillows. Never heard a sound all night. Breakfast is always very good. Stayed here 4 times now when visiting friends and always been very good. Lovely quality touches in the room like the wool throw at the end of the bed, the Robert’s radio and usb port beside the bed. Hope nothing changes as a really nice hotel.
