Palm Suites

Room was clean, and check-in instructions were clear and accurate. Only issue I had was towards the end of the stay, there was someone checking into the room next door and when in the bedroom trying to sleep, you could hear everything and was woken up a few times by this. It was very loud when the room was turning lights on etc and could even hear the conversation they were having. Room had everything we needed(and more) and the balcony was great and had plenty of space

Excellent staff and maintenance.

Felt safe and secure, nice smaller place so not too busy. All u needed for a great stay, complimentry drinks coffee ect. Cleaning stuff provided and plenty toilet rolls. Wifi strong and free. Felt really comfortable . Beds comfy Great communication from staff and available if any questions. Bit tired round the edges but there's a refurb happening If I had to have negatives it would be not many UK TV channels or Netflix/prime option and couldn't mirror from tablet to the TVs but I managed to catch my TV faves. Noisy neighbours but that's not palm suits fault . Would have preferred white towels. Non of the above would stop me returning. Prefer the smaller accomodation to big hotels and this one is definitely worth a return visit. 😁👍

Nice and clean places with the facilities needed
