Maison Blanche Luxury B&B Taormina

Best Stay in Italy. Must Stay for Taormina. Giovanna is a most wonderful and attentive host. She runs a tight ship and it shows. Maison Blanche is a must-stay for anyone wanting to enjoy Taormina from a quiet base, with stunning views of Mt. Etna and the Mediterranean. The property faces east, so if you get up early enough, you’ll see one of the most beautiful sunrises of your life. Breakfast is AMAZING. Fresh eggs made to order, an abundant spread of pastries, fresh fruit, breakfast breads, and plenty of made-to-order caffè. It’s the kind of breakfast that fuels a full day of sightseeing, and the kind of quality that makes you want to linger one more morning. There’s a bus stop right outside the gate for easy transportation into town and down to the beach. Giovanna can also coordinate taxis, private transfers, or scooter rentals if you’d rather have something arranged. The beach is 4 minutes by car and town is 5 minutes. Looking for things to do or places to eat? Giovanna has recommendations for everything, and they’re the kind of recommendations only a local who genuinely cares can give. This place is also motorcycle-friendly, very secure, and felt safe throughout my stay. As a solo rider, that mattered. If you’re staying in Taormina, stay here.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Host Joanna was friendly and helpful. The ocean views from maison Blanche are amazing. Excellent breakfast. The town of Toarmima is reachable by foot and well worth the climb. Lots of great shops and restaurants.

The hosts, Giovanna and Fraci, are the best! My sister and I had an amazing time. The views are iconic, the breakfast was delicious, and it’s an easy walk to the city. Highly recommended—great value for money! 😉
