Piano Hotel

Very clean and quiet room, good breakfast, kind and friendly staff members. Close to good restaurants, good spas, Ben Thanh subway station, bus stops, and a convenience store. If I visit Saigon again, I will absolutely stay at this hotel.

Overall this hotel is great for the price. Location can be deep away from Main Street and many others city’s attractions, but Grab service provides great taxi service.

The room is very clean and quiet. All staff members are really kindly and friendly. Breakfast is good. Close to convenience stores, laundry shops, good restaurants and subway station. If you want to enjoy your holiday in Saigon, you should stay on this hotel.

Overall, the hotel was clean, modern, and the staff eventually tried to help, but my stay got off to a very disappointing start. I booked what I believed was a room with a window, only to discover that the "window" looked directly into the hotel's interior stairwell and elevator, with no outside view or natural light. I requested either a room with a real window or a refund, but was immediately told a refund was not possible. After a lengthy discussion and an unsuccessful attempt to resolve the issue through Expedia, the hotel finally offered me an upgraded room with an exterior window at a discounted rate, which I appreciated. My main criticism is that these rooms should be clearly advertised as "no window" or "internal window only," as many hotels in Vietnam already do. Had that been made clear, I would have booked a different room type. I had originally planned to stay in Vietnam for several weeks, but this experience led me to leave after just four days.
