Spotlessly clean. Good check in. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and great shower. Very noisy air conditioning and terrible TV reception.

The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic — perfectly placed to explore London, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in after long days of sightseeing, and the space was quiet and relaxing. Every little detail had clearly been thought through.The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful — they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and gave great local tips. Check-in was smooth and stress-free.Exceptional value for money in a city like London. I would happily stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family visiting the city.
