Staff were amazing in all aspects. Extremely helpful and facilitated everything we needed.
More clarity needed in the use of the Spa. We had booked intending to use the sauna and spa but this required a supplemental charge of €20 p/p per 1.5 hours.

The gym was in spa, though access is included in price it is not very inviting and has no lockers. This is even more a concern when going to spa...

The property itself was clean updated and nice. Currently construction is going on around the hotel. Right next to the train station about 5 minutes walk. The spa was clean and the amenities are nice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The restaurant and bar are fantastic, and the rooftop bar is very cool. The rooms are very nice and modern, much more spacious than most European hotels. And the staff is absolutely fantastic. We will definitely return.
