A real gem if climbing to a fourth floor apartment is not a problem. The apartment is welcoming , spacious, tastefully decorated, well appointed with furniture, appliances and utensils and has efficient plumbing and heating which makes it a good base for any time of the year. The apartment also boasts a really splendid sea view. Whilst there is no on site parking there are a number of pay parks within easy walking distance and we took advantage of an available 4 day permit which covered parking in Ilfracombe and a number of other tourist locations which resulted in a modest parking cost for the duration of our stay. For those who prefer to eat out there are a number of good restaurants close by ; best to reserve in advance.

Great accommodation and location. We will be back again.

A lovely accomodation for my 5 day trip to Ilfracombe. It is very homely, cosy and nicely spacious for the three of us. Everything was clean and spotless on our first day. Location was an excellent spot near the town. Would 100% stay again and reccomend to others!
