Nice and clean hotel. Staff were nice. My only complaint would be the heating system, at night it would get really hot in the room.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. A very special thank you to Humberto and Phillip, who gave us the warmest welcome we received during our entire vacation. From the moment we arrived, their kindness and hospitality made us feel genuinely valued and at home. We also want to recognize Andrea at the bar, who took wonderful care of us. His charisma, warmth, and genuine attention made every interaction special. He has a natural way of making guests feel like family rather than just hotel visitors. The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was the people who made our experience truly memorable.
