San Marco Design Suites

Francesca the owner of this property is one of the most kind, welcoming and helpful people you'll ever meet. She is quick to communicate with easy instructions to her property and was kind enough to meet me right at the Vaporetto stop. She then assisted me with my luggage to the nearby apartment and checked me in quickly at the room. I will warn anyone to be aware that there is not an elevator at this property. I had not realized, which was not anyone's fault but my own. The room is very clean and comfortable for one traveler but may be tight for more. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was very nice and close to beautiful places at walking distances

This area was very quiet and felt safe. Easy to get to water bus and San Marco square. Room was small, but had everything we needed. Also Francesca is great! Very helpful and gave us a delicious restaurant recommendation.

Francesca accepted us on short notice and came personally as fast as possible to accommodate us. We felt instantly at home and well cared for. Her recommendation for dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing! I would recommend this central, quiet and well equipped place to everyone who loves Venice like we do!
