I had a pretty good stay overall. The hotel is nice, the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient.
There were a few things that could be improved. There was some dust on the bed when I arrived, and towel exchanges are only available at the front desk between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, which wasn’t very convenient.
One day, it honestly felt a bit like a nursing home because there were several elderly guests who appeared to be sick walking around the hotel.
The biggest issue was that one night, someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night and tried to get me to open it, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I would consider staying again if these issues were addressed.
