The room and bathroom was clean which was nice. There was no extra blankets or pillows and no sign of the remote for the TV.
The coffee bar across from our room had no regular coffee pods and according to the sign on the counter, there was supposed to be creamer in the refrigerator. However, there was absolutely no creamer in the fridge or even any powdered creamer. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and all she could do was offer an excuse that a previous guest had taken the creamer. She did not offer to replace it. I had to go to CVS next door to the hotel and purchase regular coffee pods and creamer.
