The apartment was great—clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Having parking available was also a big plus.

Polanco is the best part of Mexico City! It’s totally safe to walk around. The building is very quiet. Front desk staff are super helpful! We had the two bedroom unit, which is very spacious! The kitchen is big and convenient. Since our unit is right above the Main Street, we could hear some noise at night and early morning. In general this is a great stay! Thank you!

Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Clean and modern property. Rooms were spacious and livable. When we had issues with water getting hot it was fixed right away. The streets and hallways were sometimes noisy but it was an excellent location near great restaurants and attractions. Definitely contributed to my extremely positive time spent in CDMX. Would overall recommend!!
