Clean bunk bed room, but very small for two adults. The bathroom is very small with an easily choked and flooded bathtub shower. Convenient location in Gotemba. Close to 7-11 and McDonald. Good staff service. Barre basic hotel overall in all areas that has an average breakfast package. No free parking is the problem because you don't come here to visit the farms, natural beauty and landscapes by train, do you? If you drive, you pay for carpark lot about 5 minutes away around the hotel. If you take train, it is located beside a train station.

I had an excellent experience at this property. The staff is very helpful and accommodating since I do not speak Japanese. My room had everything that I needed and the hotel provides toiletries if you forgot anything. This hotel is very close to the train station, which is very convenient. The only downside is buildings and areas around the hotel are mostly vacant or old. But overall, I would recommend this property to anyone tired of spending lots of money on hotels in the bigger cities.

Wow, this was an amazing hotel. Seems like everything is catered to each individual guests’ preferences. There are different kinds of pillows you can select that vary by softness and shape, as well as pajama size and toiletries. There was also two types of sake and plum wine for drinks in the lobby. And the front desk clerk was kind enough to explain everything while stepping out of the booth to show me everything.
