The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. The room was beautiful and I loved using the spa amenities as well!
Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! :-)

Fantastic hospitality in this small palace of a hotel. Rooms were elegant and updated. Staff especially Beatrice (?) were so kind and funny. Pool was luxurious for after walking the hills of Porto. 5 stars !!!
