The hotel experience was good. Family friendly and they were great to help with the child.

Beautiful Hotel. Love all the curves in the lobby and in the rooms. I had requested an early check-in and this was accommodated. Staff went above and beyond. Even sending someone to my room with ice for a foot injury, and to take a room service order after translating the menu into English for me. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner. But one is immediately adjacent. Room itself was large, dark, and quiet for sleeping. Comfortable bed. The large free standing bathtub was perfect for soaking, great amenities and lots of bottled water available. The hotel offers "Wonderful Rooms" and "Spectacular Rooms". When I asked about the difference, I was told that the spectacular rooms had a better view. Highly recommend.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is very kind. The bed and bedding are very good. I love it. If I will come back in the city I choose again this hotel.
