We like the swimming pools and the cooking class organised on Tuesday a lot. The overall service and environment and cleanness are good. But food in Oku wasn’t as delicious as expected. The private candlelight dinner on the beach was so windy that we actually could not enjoy it slowly, the service and the view were good tho.

The people made this property even more special. Incredible hospitality. Beautiful property, thoughtful touches. Very comfortable stay. Couldn’t fault it! Highly recommend!!

I’ve been blessed to stay at quite a few luxury hotels around the world over the last 5 years. This by far sets the standard!!!
It’s a 5 star hotel all around pushing to 6 if that was a real thing :)
The only thing I can pick apart if I have to be critical, is that the beach isn’t to the standard you would expect, but this is out of the hotel’s control.
Hands down the best amenities, best service and best food I’ve ever experienced.

Everything is top notch accept the choice of restaurants, here Regent needs to step up and offer better chefs and selections at the Japanese and Ocean Club. The Vietnamese Market is a good and the breakfast excellent but expect more for a 5 star place.
