Avalon Cosy Hotel Paris Gare du Nord

Stayed one night in this charming hotel. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. They stored my luggage which was so helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Will come back when in this area again.

Breakfast was generous and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and linens were clean. The room was very hip in its design. The hotel is very close to the Gare du Nord train station in Paris which is super convenient. We were only there for a night so it made getting to the airport easier.

Was here for a short stay and picked the hotel based on location. It was easily accessible to many things. Overall a great spot. The rooms are a bit older in the bathroom, but I have come to often expect this in Europe.

I found this hotel by asking the Solo Ttavelers group on Facebook and it is a winner. I wanted something close to Gard du Nord because I was leaving on the Eurostar. I spent four days at this hotel and this location before my trip to London. everything is around this hotel, pharmacy, restaurants, Market and a 15-minute walk to Sacre-coeur and a four minute walk to Nord. Perfect and felt very safe. Fab free coffee too.
