Room was clean when we arrived. They do regular cleaning for hygiene reasons. Staff is helpful and polite and it wasn’t hard to communicate with them in english. I enjoyed their free amenities (coffee was good).

This place is fantastic! The staff were brilliant. Rooms were super clean and comfy.
Location to train station brilliant. Breakfast was good although more Japanese than western but the coffee was spot on.
Getting back to the staff! They are really well trained and super attentive to your needs.

Quite new and clean hotel. Conveniently located at the end station of monorail that connect to Haneda Airport. Waking distance to Tokyo tower.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels. It’s a hotel with convenient transportation, well-maintained facilities, and a breakfast that is very satisfying. Especially, the transportation to Haneda Airport is very convenient.
