Charming small property in an excellent location near city center, university, theaters. Very comfortable bed, lovely shower, and spotless.

Great location! Very friendly mostly German speaking staff. Breakfast is good for 17.5Euro/person, checkout easy. Has small elevator (but 3 then 2 stairs at entry for our stroller).
Would be nice to have a communal hangout space, coffee machine (at lobby or room), facecloths provided, squeegee for the water then gets on bathroom floor from shower, later reception.
