Pets allowed (10kg maximum with prior notice from the owner)

1 security deposit of €500 will be required at the entrance and will be returned within 14 days maximum.

The rental price includes current electricity consumption (6 kwh per 24 hours). Any excess due to consumption other than household appliances and lighting, such as charging electric and hybrid vehicles, will be charged at the rate of 25 euro cents per additional kwh.

IMPORTANT: not suitable for people with total or partial reduced mobility (stairs)

A "holiday cover" clause is requested (usually attached to the tenant's home contract).
