Staff were really warm and helpful . Location excellent for the ferries to the islands . Hotel was immaculately clean . View was perfect

From the moment we booked, Marta was in direct contact with us and was able to accommodate a special request, which we really appreciated. She personally greeted us at the door when we arrived and made us feel welcome right away. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional. Hotel Sempione is a hidden gem in Stresa, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. An easy 10/10—we highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The rooms are recently renovated to a very high standard. The staff are lovely, so helpful and kind; location is excellent.

Perfect location right in front of the dock for island ferries, and steps away from town centre with no loud noise.
One of the only hotels with a rooftop bar. We stayed in the superior triple room, so no lake view but was very well sized and had a balcony for eating out on.
Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Marta went out of her way to help sort taxis; we had stayed at 5 star hotel on lake Orta before this stay and I’d say the service here blew it out the water.
Spritz was great and beds were comfy
Everything was wonderful, if being picky is say the early morning noise when setting up breakfast
