Unit was clean, but there is a huge communication issue with owner and details in the listing. Check in times are wrong on the listing plus there are added parking fees of 18.25 per day that they don’t tell you about until after you have booked. Try to message owner several times before our arrival about the accurate check-in time plus had several issues trying to check out and could not get a hold of the owner for several hours. Besides that the unit is very nice with a great view.

Great host and amazing customer service

Great spot for our family trip. The property was very comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay!

First off, the positive is a very nice unit, very spacious beautiful big patio right on the ocean. We rented for three nights and never had hot water. I had to shower downstairs at the outdoor showers at the pool. I did let the host know, he was very responsive, he said a handyman would be out, but no one ever came. He had mentioned that other guests had complained about the temperatures in the bathrooms. I hope it gets fixed. It’s a nice place.
