I like the fact it was close to the capitol Theatre and chinatown tram stop was right out the front of door, room was clean, really like how you could get a tram everywhere and if you miss one another would be coming in under 10min
Also it was close to the chinese garden of frienship,
The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and knowledgeable
The consturction on level 13 start between 6-7am and was very noisy and wake you up at you could hear hammering and loud condtruction noise like drilling. The drilling sound like someone drill a hole right next to the bedroom window and you could not sleep once they started work also the heating/air-conditioning did not work in the apartment and i was not sure it it was the fridge or exhaust fan but it would click itself and off and was very loud sometime also a lot of shop in chinatown where closed,

The location was perfect for our reason for visiting Sydney. Public transport was right outside the front of the property and location to restaurants and eateries was great. Proximity to Central Station was also an advantage
The unit was a little tired in its appearance and would benefit from a fresh paint and some attention to some of the floor coverings to make it more appealing. General maintenance to the apartment was also required

Location was great and so was the fact that both bedrooms had queen beds and a separate bathroom for each.
Lack of cleanliness. The apartment is dated/tired looking and was dirty. The entire apartment needs a proper clean including the walls and grout (mouldy) and new cutlery and crockery is needed as it is stained and old. New dish cloths and full rolls of toilet paper (not half used rolls!) should be supplied. The outdoor furniture needs a decent wipe down before guests arrive.
