We needed a place to stay that would accommodate us all! The grandparents could escape upstairs while the littlies played on the middle level. The stairs could have been an issue with the littlies but they were very good and didn’t run off! The house is close to a great park and the beach which the kids loved! The oldies loved the access to coffee shops after their morning run! A few more rolls of toilet paper and dishwasher powder would be beneficial as with so many of us we needed to do a few washes! Otherwise we all had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves in such an expansive house with a great outlook! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in Coffs many times and this is our third stay at The Jetty House. The house is always well equipped with everything you need, it's clean and comfortable for 6 adults and the location to restaurants and the beach is perfect.

My only negative outdoors be no aircon in any of the bedrooms , especially the both room we had the 2 people in the bottom room started the night down there but soon ended up on lounges as was way to hot .
