As advertised.

Great location and house is actually nicer than the photos indicated. A couple of things were listed in the house manual that are no longer available - hot tub, access to fruit orchard, water side fire pit. Only disappointing if expected. Lovely quiet place - good kitchen and comfy beds.

We had a great time. The space and kitchen were terrific for our family dinners. A few repairs that were fixed made it a little awkward. The repairman was pleasant and from a local family we were familiar with so it was good that we trusted him to work while we were there. The upstairs bathroom really needs a locking knob. . .blackberry runners should be cut back from the back steps. Housekeepers should report back to owners about them if gardeners haven’t been by for a while. The repairman/locksmith fixed the doorknob on the Queen room so it stays closed now. It’s a very old building so things need to be expected.

Very comfortable historic home, beds very comfortable!! Spacious living room and kitchen/dining area and well equipped for our toddler.
