Rental was a clean and a nice sized place. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly people. It is close to shopping, beach, and downtown historic district. The master bedroom TV cable box went down with auto updates the first night I was there and went into a loop. This was not a fault of owner and they tried to offer a solution on the Holiday weekend while out of town. I was only there 3 nights, so told then not to worry. The spare bath tub needs a little attention to the Hot Water run. Also, there needs to be more bathroom toiletry (tissue) left. I only had minimal for the 3 nights and ran out in 1 bathroom the last night. I still enjoyed my stay there.

Beautiful home. Lots of space, super clean. Wonderful pool. Quiet area. Everything you need, just like home. Close to markets, stores, and not far from the beach. Respectful and responsive host. Definitely would stay there again. 5 stars.

This rental is very clean and well stocked. The pool was awesome and the location is close to everything in Venice. We would not hesitate to stay again. The host was responsive.
