The Space:

Welcome to Linden Place I! Experience luxury living in the heart of Lenox Hill with this stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom full-floor apartment on the Upper East Side. Enjoy ample natural light from oversized windows and high ceilings that provide stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen features top-of-the-line amenities, including a Carrara marble breakfast bar, wine cooler, and dishwasher. The fully renovated boutique walk-up has a video intercom system, sleek lobby, and easy access to a fully furnished rooftop deck. The unit entry is from a shared stairwell and corridor with three other units in the building. Notably, the third bedroom is well-lit and has a dedicated thermostat for temperature controls, but does not have a window in the room.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



Guest Access:

This fully renovated boutique walk-up features a video intercom system allowing for guests to be buzzed in from the apartment, a sleek lobby and easy access to the fully furnished rooftop deck. Unit entry is from a shared stairwell and corridor with the 3 other units in the building.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of the Lenox Hill section of the Upper East Side this fantastic home is just a stone's throw away from Central Park, world-class shopping and some of the best fine dining and nightlife Manhattan has to offer. The N, Q, R, W, F & 6 Trains are all a short walk away from your front door! This home is also directly across the street from an Equinox gym.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Note there are two levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
