House was great! Back porch and hot tub were very nice.

10 / 10

The home was spacious, with a big kitchen, huge basement, great fenced yard, and hot tub. The home could use some updates - particularly the bathrooms, but we were there for the company, the location, and to spend time outside and this property allowed us to do all of that! It’s right on the bike trail and less than a 10 minute walk to Harrison St. I would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here! The home was clean, confortable and convenient!! Would highly recommend staying here while visiting Leadville!

Everything was great. The hot water heater was off when we arrived. The breaker had flipped off for that unit. We turned it on and everything started working fine.
