Guests are free to use the home and community amenities. One interior closet is dedicated to the Owners as well as the lanai closet area.

The community has several charcoal grills throughout for use. Safe, secure and friendly community where neighbors become fast friends. Bring the tennis rackets, as the court is adjacent to your unit. The pool is spacious, welcoming and warm yar round. Great place to meet new people.

On site parking with one dedicated space and additional spaces for guests close. No fee for parking. Vehicle is needed, although you can walk to Publix or several dining establishments. Uber or Lyft are great for a night out.

Home is clean and sanitized between each guest. We will do our best to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.
