This is the perfect location. Right on the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. About 5 minute walk from the square. A condo that has daily cleaning service is rare in this complex. You can watch the sunset from the roof top. They have extras like beach chairs and umbrellas. The common areas are not a/c, but it was not needed in April. Could be harder in the summer months. The A/C in the bedrooms work great. Make sure you are good with doing stairs to get to the rooms. We loved staying here and would do it again.
