- staff was willing to help
- difficulty checking in . Often times you can trust and estimate or they can make something happen for you but wasn’t the case
- some staff weren’t quite attentive (had to try to check in 3 times and when I could finally check in they didn’t help me with bags even though they were aware of how much stuff I had

very nice hotel with nice receptionist. Sorry - i forgot the names but i know there is a gentleman and a lady provided me great help. Especially the lady who walked out with me to watch my car's parking lot under big sun!!! Super thank you!
all good.

Location
It’s the second time we are staying here and booking a room for 3 people, including our child ( 10 years old) and it’s the second time we have to sort out the additional bed problem although we mentioned that we will be staying with our kid while booking a room. Thanks to the stuff we don’t have to pay additional money for the extra bed, but it just gets a little bit tiring to deal with this problem every time we check in…

The location
The property is beautiful and the location is great. Two caveats: the rooms on the third floor have windows only up high so it feels like you’re in a basement. I hated that. Second, to really see Georgia you need to rent a car and get out of Tbilisi and the property doesn’t have parking. We had to figure out the city parking app and park on the street.
