The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this 4-bedroom and 4-bathroom apartment, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, perfect for those traveling with children or business groups. The Eixample neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located next to Paseo de Gracia street, and 10 min away from Plaza Catalunya, the city centre of Barcelona.
The Space:
Welcome to this 170 m2 spacious and bright flat located next to the emblematic centre of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya. This four-bedrooms apartment that’s spacious, bright and has a nice organization of the rooms can be divided into two units, enjoying from privacy on each of both apartments (please note those are rented together and there is no option to rent them separately).
We are managers of other apartments in the building, really convenient for big families or business trips. Please note all apartments are almost identical, on layout, equipment and characteristics, but there might be some small changes on decoration.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Bedroom 3: Double bed
- Bedroom 4: Double bed
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT:
- Spacious living room with an open layout to the kitchen
- Private and spacious terrace!
- 4 Full bathrooms
- TV and Wi-fi
- Elevator in building
- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.
- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.

The Neighborhood:
The Eixample is a modernist district that stretches from Plaça de Catalunya and includes both residential and business areas. It is the neighbourhood where you can find Carrer de Valencia, in which the apartment is situated. It’s known for its grid system of straight streets, which was built in the 1860s to accommodate the city’s rising population. There are many restaurants and cafes in this region, which is full of modernist structures with stone and iron embellishments on their façade.
The location is a transit - oriented street lined with stunning modernist architecture. There are many stores, cafés, and restaurants in the area, and you can walk around Paseo de Gracia in 10 minutes or Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter in 20 minutes.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Passeig de Gracia (Lines 2, 3 & 4).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the train towards "Aeroport" at Passeig de Gracia. There are trains every 20min and it costs around 5€.
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona. It was very comfortable for our group of five (one couple and three singles), and the layout worked perfectly because everyone had their own private bedroom and bathroom.The apartment was exceptionally clean when we arrived—special thanks to the housekeeper for doing such an outstanding job. The space was also larger than we expected and very comfortable throughout our stay.Check-in was simple and seamless. We especially appreciated the app-based entry system, which made accessing the building and apartment very convenient throughout our stay. It was easy to use and eliminated the need to keep track of extra keys.Our host was extremely helpful and welcoming. One of the nicest touches was receiving a list of their favorite local restaurants and bars, which helped us discover some great neighborhood spots we might have otherwise missed.The washing machine was a huge plus and made our longer stay much more convenient. Most nights the ceiling fans in the bedrooms kept us quite comfortable.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, well-located apartment in Barcelona.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment. The space is actually two apartments thoughtfully combined into one, which gave our group plenty of room and privacy while still feeling connected.We especially loved the rec room/meeting space—it was perfect for gathering together—as well as the large kitchen table where we could all sit comfortably. The outdoor enclosure leading into a lovely outdoor living space was such a bonus and really made the stay feel special.The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk everywhere, with countless restaurants, markets, and coffee shops just steps away—everything we needed was right there.Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication from host was brilliant, they were really helpful with early check in. Fantastic location, close to stations and some attractions walkable. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Great stay.

Apartment is in a great location, clean and very spacious. It's a beautiful space. However there was a constant sewer gas smell coming from 3 of the bathrooms. Missing amenities included tea towels, dish strainer, a least one box of tissues, hand soap for the bathrooms and salt and pepper. The safe did not work and I am sorry to say but the beds were not comfortable. We encourage hosts to be their own guest. If you do not see a need for these items or comforts then I apologize
