Third time staying in Brett’s house. Always a joy to be here. The kids/teens enjoyed the video games and upstairs game tables. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed the bikes, the pools, and the hot tub. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful house--seems practically new! Host was extremely gracious, check-in and check-out very smooth. Things were super clean--I would even say immaculate-- kitchen well-stocked with cookware and dishes. The games room for the kids was well-stocked and in good shape. Loved the bench in the dining area so that we could squish kids all on the bench. We had a wonderful stay! One of the master bedrooms needs the memory foam mattress replaced--it's somewhat saggy. Bed linens were clean and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, but they're not luxury quality. We didn't mind, but I'm putting this in for any potential guests who are very picky about that sort of thing. Garage access was very nice but driveway was tight for larger vehicles--we have a Yukon XL and it was difficult for other vehicles to get around it in the driveway--this is without the driveway being snow-covered. Our third vehicle had to park on the street. Overall, it was the perfect house for us and we were absolutely thrilled with it.

Wonderful time, excellent house with everything we needed, great location to pool and all the fun!

The house is very nice. The accuracy of the listing is not correct and I even notified the owner before my trip that we were coming for a snowmobile trip and he didn't say anything. You can not park trailers in the driveway according to the HOA. We were forced to park trailers about a mile from the house. I would not have rented this property had the listing been accurate and disclosed that.
