In general, this place is in a nice location considering its distance to Banff (our target destination for our friends' reunion getaway) and how quiet and relaxing the area is. However, we were of the impression that the heated pool is in the unit itself that we rented (not shared with the whole building). Other things that could make the plce better - a full-length mirror (anywhere in the unit), a change in the layout of bedroom 2 which is actually a hazard the way it is set up when we rented it, and it could benefit from a new dishwasher.Otherwise, the views outside the unit are spectacular and were truly beautiful backdrop for our vacation.

Host instruction to check-in and parking was clearly stated. The property was clean and well stocked kitchen and hot tub was wonderful.

We have loved our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. It had everything we needed, and if it didnt, a quick message to the host and they provided it. The view of the mountain from the sofa in the mornings, with pink sunrise reflecting on it, was special. The parking was ideal for winter conditions because it was covered. We loved being able to walk to town from the condo, and even closer to eating places. The beds are huge, and we loved going downstairs for bed. Great to have all the shampoo etc provided. Likewise, the washing liquid for clothes etc. A truly wonderful stay and it was hard to leave, I would like here if I could.

1. The towels were threadbare and stained2. The "posturepedic" beds were worn out, lumpy, and you sank to the wood bed below.3. The shower liners flew into me4. The pictures in ad did not accurately reflect the living room area/couch.5. There are no drinking glasses
