BEACHFRONT PROPERTY!! Great location, away from all the busy areas very relaxing

Place comes as advertised. Great views and great location! All the amenities were included for a great beach vacation. Would definitely return!

The condo was newly remodeling with updated furnishings. There was a welcome binder with local restaurants and things to do.

Newly remodeled as described and in great condition. Perfect size for a small family. Amazing view and beach was easily accessible. It felt like a private beach location although there was public access. The property manager was fantastic and the amenities provided were great. They thought of everything including local cuisine recommendations, many within walking distance or a short drive. Downtown Clearwater was an easy drive for a ball game, more restaurants, and shopping. If you are looking for a place in the hustle and bustle of Clearwater, this location may not be for you. We would definitely return!A few units in the building appeared to be under construction including the neighboring company to the north. The contractors we met on the property were friendly and waited until late morning for any loud noise. The town was actively renovating from the major hurricane that had hit the area.
