The property was perfect for our family. Everyone had plenty of room and the kids loved the game room! We made so many memories and hope to come back again!

Our party of 16 had plenty of space in this house! Communication with Erin was timely and she worked hard to address any concerns we had.

Master bedroom bathroom light works when it wanted to. The fixtures were out of place. No front entrance light, light or electrical to light not working. Back yard and kitchen had cockroaches. Barbeque pit was filthy and full of grease. We had to clean it out to even use it. The plumbing to up stairs bathroom really slow moving and hot. Broken glass shards in master bedroom carpet. One of my guests got glass in there heal. Carpet torn behind door in one of the bedrooms. And there were closets with trash or junk and cockroaches.
