A very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Although located just out of the centre, the bus stop is right outside the hotel and only takes 15 minutes to get into the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Clean, modern, efficiently run, close to bus station, very welcoming receptionist.
You will have to use bus to go to the city center, it’s not possible to walk every time, even if you are a hiking person.

What a gem. Beautiful spotless accommodation, friendly helpful reception, ideal location for easy bus access to town. Quiet spot, three little friendly local bars nearby. Lovely river opposite with nice paths to walk into town or for evening stroll. San Sebastian is beautiful and this spot really does it justice.

So clean, fresh, brand new, smells so good, love the modern interiors, very warm and friendly and efficient staff Oiane and Leire! I love this hotel so much! My cleanliness standard is so high and everything is squely clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff! Safe area in Loiola just by the bus stop that is 20 mins away by bus from the old town. I dont mind it at all as buses are always on time!
