Old friends good time. Kindfisher was great to.work with. The cottage was in a quiet part of town. It was clean but could use some updating. It was not walkable to the beach maybe if I was 30 again. Lol. The Hurricane had done a number to the Island and they are slowly coming back.parking at the beaches and hard to get a place un less you get up early. I would stay here again

Beautiful, relaxing, and full of the captiva charm

This little property was great! We knew of the limited amenities based on the listing, but the use of the dock and parking access was awesome. The management staff responded to all of our questions promptly. The homeowners were visiting another home on the property and could not have been more welcoming. Laid back and relaxed. Thanks for another wonderful visit to Captiva.

Everything was as expected. The issue we had was the dishwasher leaked on the second day of our stay all over the kitchen floor. Maintenance came the next day and said it couldn’t be fixed. A contractor came on Wednesday at 6:30pm without prior notice and completed the job at 8:30pm. The contractor was excellent and did a great job however being without a dishwasher for 5 out of 7 days of our stay and the timeliness of the repair was very inconvenient. We expected to be offered a refund of at least one day but was never contacted. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.
