Great location, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It’s cozy, super clean and professionally managed and maintained.

Lokalizacja, super pomocny i uprzejmy personel, fajne śniadania.

Zepsute światło w łazience, które migało nad wanną, ale na szczęście można było z niego nie korzystać :)

A really enjoyable stay at Axel from start to finish. A special mention goes to Maria, the Front Office Manager, who was exceptionally warm, professional and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything, shared useful recommendations and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were checked in within just a few minutes, and we were also kindly offered a room upgrade — a lovely gesture and a great start to our stay. The hotel itself is very clean, stylish and extremely well maintained. Everything feels looked after, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The location is another strong point, with the Old Town just around a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, Axel delivered exactly the kind of comfortable and effortless stay we were looking for. We would happily return, and a big thank you to Maria and the entire team for their hospitality.
