Stylish home with private open space. Very calm neighbourhood.

There was no cleaning service during our stay.

exceptional property, very clean, private balcony and a lot of privacy. The staff was extremely kind and always available. We had an issue with a ferry booking and the owner offered to help us by calling the company himself.

Location and avaibility of owner for our arrival and during our journey. Very appreciated. Place to park cars.

No organised changes of towels and linen along 6 nights without additionnal costs. We negociated one free change of towels.Nothing to clean the appartement day to day. No light close to the bed.

wow just everything was amazing, the location the host, the flexibility, the decor (beautiful chic & rustic). It was so close to the harbour / central Parikia AND has its own beach front. Super private accommodation, I will be coming back and have already recommended to friends and family. The host/ owner & his wife were just absolutely wonderful, they are onsite at all times & I travelled with my brother we felt very safe / well looked after. The land is a small farm, they grow their own tomatoes and figs and gave us some, this is so nice. Very Authentic.

It really was perfect, we feel lucky to find it at this price in high season. The room/ accommodation is better in real life vs the photos - really!
