Property was exceptional. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is a short distance from Hot Springs downtown. But has a very quiet feel. The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you!

The house was clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for my family of 5. This location is not good for fishing. We did not catch a single fish the entire 3 days we were there. No big deal but just a heads up. The property managers dad lives in the connected main house and he hovered quite a bit. He was friendly, we just felt like we were being watched the whole time. At one point he asked if it was okay if the electrician came by. We said that was fine. About an hour later the electrician and the dad knock on the door and then just open and come in without giving us time to answer the door. My wife was in the middle of nursing the baby in the living room and didn't even have time to get decent before they barged in. We also found 2 lizards in the closet of the master bedroom. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
