Great clean residence close to the beach. Has everything you need for a beach vacation with kids. Roof access from the master bathroom is great for hanging out and you can see the ocean. We will definitely keep in mind for next year!

Having stayed in a number of places, I think this VRBO was the best in terms of layout and ease for visitors. The bathrooms had adequate towel bars, robe hooks, and counter space, which few places seem to have! Plenty of beach supplies and everything we needed. Well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed! Upstairs bedroom has an air conditioner that works great. The laundromat was just around the corner and very clean. Very short walk to the beach. The area is safe. The only downside we encountered was bad traffic on our way in on a Saturday evening, but it was okay after that, so it seems to have been a bit of a fluke. Overall, highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Great place, Great location, love the roof top. Easy walk to the beach, away from the crowd. We will be backCould have used extra bath towels since we were there for 6 days. One per person wasn’t enough.

This place is fully stocked with everything you could need. The owner was very responsive and pleasant. The highlight was the rooftop deck! Perfect for enjoying the beautiful Newport beach weather.
