When we arrived 15 minutes after check-in, the cleaning crew was still there. We were fine with this and told them to take their time. However, they did not and instead rushed through and missed quite a few things. There was a large amount of dog hair throughout the house. We had to sweep each room and vacuum upon arrival. The shower was not cleaned after a dog was clearly washed in there. Piles of dirt from where they attempted to clean were left behind. The bedrooms on the first floor had piles of sand. However, the kitchen and bedding were clean. There were adequate amounts of linens, towels, and even beach towels. The location was amazing and the house was fantastic with plenty of space and privacy. We loved watching the dolphins and wild horses in the morning. We loved the pool and hottub when we got back from spending our days on the beach. The outdoor shower was super convenient to help eliminate sand from getting into the house. The beds were comfortable, and the AC was amazing to take breaks from the hot weather. We appreciated the heads up about the number of bugs at night and made sure everything was closed before dusk. We do understand this is a dog friendly rental, and we are animal lovers with dogs and cats of our own, but the cleaning crew should be more vigilant about the mess pets leave behind. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

beautiful home right on the beach, it was an amazing experience seeing all of the horses. Host was amazing, very responsive and helpful when we needed him! Definitely recommend staying here for a nice relaxing get away!

Great location and views! The pool and hot tub were definitely the highlights. The house was very spacious for our group of eleven. The house definitely is in need of some upgrades but the owner seems to have plans for that. Saw lots of horses. The teenagers spent a lot of evening working in their pool playing. Cleaning crew could definitely do better. We did a lot of cleaning our selves upon check in, mostly in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall we would definitely come back to this beautiful location.

This is our 4th year in a row and it was the best. The owner is doing upgrades every year and is showing improvement every year . We love the location and we are looking forward to our next stay
