O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Sleeps 13 just 3 minutes from Mohegan Sun and 18 from Foxwoods — built for casino weekends, family reunions, and group getaways. Four bedrooms, two full baths (rare at this guest count), modern kitchen, dining table for the whole crew, and an in-house poker table for nights you want to stay in. Multi-level deck with gas BBQ for summer evenings. Four-car driveway plus street parking. Self check-in via keypad, fast WiFi, washer/dryer. Superhost since 2022.
THE HOME
Renovated in summer 2022 — modern kitchen, updated baths, current finishes throughout. It's a working family home, not a luxury showpiece, but everything is clean, functional, and set up for groups.
Layout: three bedrooms upstairs, one on the main floor. Four queen beds, one single, and two queen air mattresses for the living area when groups push toward full 13-guest capacity. Two desks in the upstairs bedrooms work well for guests pairing a Norwich trip with a remote work day.
The living room has two couches, an armchair, and a decorative fireplace. The family room has a TV with Roku, a dining table that fits everyone, and a poker table for the inevitable late-night game. The kitchen is fully stocked — cookware, sharp knives, the basics — so cooking for the group is realistic, not a stretch.
Outside: multi-level deck, gas BBQ, outdoor dining seating. Four driveway spots plus street parking, so even three or four cars works without hassle.
CAPACITY NOTE
The official sleep count is 13, which assumes the two queen air mattresses and/or cots are deployed in the living room. Groups of 8-10 will find this very comfortable in beds only; groups pushing to 13 should be ready to use the air mattresses or cots for two of the guests.
GUEST ACCESS
Full access to the entire home except the basement. Self check-in via keypad — instructions sent before arrival. Free driveway parking for up to four cars, plus street parking available. Hosts available by message anytime, typically responding within an hour.
NEARBY
Mohegan Sun (3 min), Foxwoods (18 min), Mystic (~25 min), Norwich golf course, Yantic Falls trails. Quiet residential neighborhood — please respect noise levels after 10 PM.

Our group has been coming to the Norwich area every year for the past 5 years, and this by far was the best property we have stayed at. The house is in a wonderfully quiet and cute neighborhood, and Moheghan Sun is only a 5-minute Uber away. Grocery, gas, and restaurants are also conveniently located. The property is very, very clean and well-stocked, and was big enough for our group of 9 to spread out and relax. Our host Nick was great and even left us cookies and lotto tickets to welcome us! We absolutely plan on staying here again, no question. Super impressed with this property and would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a wonderful time! Nick was incredibly good with communication and the house was incredible. A wonderful place to stay to celebrate and enjoy the casino's nearby. Also highly recommended the driving range right down the road. Super quaint bit a fun break during the day! Would highly recommended.

Great house, nice and clean, 3 mins to the casino. Poker table at house led to a light of fun. Host Nick was great. Would definitely stay at the house again.

A group of nine of us stayed here for a cheerleading competition at Mohegan Sun Casino, and it was perfect! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and out was very easy, and it was under a 10 minute drive to Mohegan. Nick was not only responsive, but we arrived to a fresh plate of brownies, and a case of waters stocked in the fridge!! Their attention to detail at this VRBO is better than most I have stayed at. An abundance of towels, pillows, linens, and chairs, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, and everything was clean and new looking. We loved renting this house for the weekend and look forward to booking it next year as well!! Thanks Nick!
